General conditions for members

These provisions govern the COW parfymeri terms and conditions.  A member means the one who registered and received our confirmation by e-mail.

Personal data

In 1998, the Personal Information Act began to apply. According to this law, you must agree that we process data about you. All personal data you provide to us will be handled by COW parfymeri as the responsible person for this. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our commitments to you, make credit checks, make you aware of offers in your personal interest areas and, moreover, for marketing purposes.

COW parfymeri will never allow any third party to use your personal data for marketing purposes. You are entitled to obtain, upon request, your registered personal information. 

If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you will be able to have the data corrected or deleted.

With background of the information that COW parfymeri has now provided, you agree that COW parfymeri may process personal data relating to you as set out above or what otherwise follows from the Personal Data Act or equivalent legislation in each country .

Period of validity

When you are registered as a member, membership applies until further notice. COW parfymeri reserves the right to change membership terms.

No obligations

It is free to register as a member of COW parfymeri and you can terminate your membership at any time. You do this HERE


When you become a member / customer of COW parfymeri, you can choose whether you want to receive offers or not from us. You can sign in to your account at any time and unsubscribe to future postings.


You can pay for your ordered products from COW parfymeri in SEK by Paypal or Credit card -Visa or Mastercard, via DIBS Easy.
DIBS use 3D Secure, a technology produced by VISA that identifies your person as the purchaser when you pay with a bank card online. This standard is also used by MasterCard. The advantages for you as a consumer in using the 3D Secure payment service online include the option of confirming that you are the real owner of the card. This in turn reduces the risk that someone could use your card for fraud.

If you live in Sweden, Norway or Finland - and prefer to pay by invoice, you can do so via Klarna or DIBS Easy.


When we have received your order we will first send you an order confirmation via email. After the order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a second email with the tracking information 

Unclaimed packages

For unclaimed packages we will debit €20 for extra costs ( return freight ect.)


Within Scandinavia, we send our orders via Swedish mail- PostNord or DHL Parcel Connect. This means that your package will be delivered to your door or to your nearest PostNord or partner outlet for you to pick it up when it suits you.
Delivery time within Scandinavia is estimated to 1-2 working days.

For the rest of Europe your parcel will be shipped by DHL. You will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from us all the way to you.
Delivery time within Europe is estimated to 2-4 working days.

Damaged goods

We thoroughly check the products and pack them carefully before sending them off to you. If something, despite our best efforts, gets damaged on the way- please contact us immediately.  or phone: +46-8-6111504

Freight Cost

Returns and Refunds

You have full right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of order, as long as the packgeing is unopened and in sellable condition.
If you want to make a return, please contact us at or by phone at +46 8 6111504.

When returning a product please fill in the return form and send the package by recorded delivery. Please make sure to keep the reciept with your tracking number as COW parfymeri only are responsible for your parcel once it has been received back at our warehouse.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unless an item is faulty, we cannot refund return postage costs.

Please note- we do not accept returns on SALE items

We will issue your refund as soon as possible by the same method as your original payment Please allow 1-2 days after we have received the returned product to our warehouse.
