Directions
• Line – For the upper lash liner you can create a fine or thicker line, get it on to the base of the lashes for the most dramatic effect. For a softer effect use a smudging brush to blur the edges.
• Winged Liner – Work from the outer corner inwards and finesse with a mini cotton bud dipped in micellar water. Once you have a basic shape you can thicken it up with the pencil for added drama.
