Apply to clean skin morning and/or evening. For best results, massage the oil into warm, slightly damp skin directly after showering. It can also be applied to dry skin and worked in using light, upward motions to help boost circulation and energize the skin.
When using during the day, finish with sunscreen, preferably SPF 30 or higher, to protect the skin and preserve results.
